Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how you can request the deletion of your Chizzy Kitchen account and the personal data associated with it. We provide two ways to delete your account: directly within the app, or by submitting a request to our support team.

Option 1: Delete from within the app

  1. Open the Chizzy Kitchen app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to ProfileSettings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the request. Your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to support@chizzykitchen.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following personal data:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Saved delivery addresses
  • Account credentials
  • Order history and preferences linked to your account
  • Device and usage data associated with your account

What data may be retained

Certain records may be retained after account deletion where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. Specifically:

  • Transaction and payment records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial regulations.
  • Such retained records are stored securely and are not used for any other purpose.

Deletion timeline

Once a deletion request is verified, your personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except for the limited records described above that we are legally required to retain.
